In June 2021, we were part of a new feature series titled ‘The Future(s) of Festivals’ by We Are Europe, a Creative Europe project powered by some of the most relevant cultural organizations. We reached out to some professionals we admire for talking about representation and inclusion in music festivals and discussing gender and racial imbalances in line-ups.

In February 2021 we started to share weekly playlists on Buy Music Club involving artists, creators, and professionals with different backgrounds and spinning around the festival. These playlists are shared on Buy Music Club via Bandcamp, one of the most important music platforms that on some Fridays waived its revenue share on all sales to give musicians more money from each purchase.

In January 2021, we started our monthly presence on Radio Alhara with a series of radio shows titled Ortigia Sound System invites. Radio Alhara is one of the cultural platforms we love the most and it represents for us an open space for discussion, listening, and community-building.
