FAQ Meccanismi Wristband

ARRIVAL
Upon your arrival in Ortigia, go to the Info Point at Antico Mercato where you will need to convert your e-ticket purchased on DICE into a wristband.

WHY
Your wristband will become your best friend throughout the entirety of the festival: it will be your pass to access the venues and your only method of payment for festival services.

TOP-UP STATIONS
There are several options to top-up your wristband. Download the Ortigia Sound System Festival app available in the App Store and Play Store to avoid possible waits. Alternatively, you can top-up your wristband at the Info Point at the Antico Mercato or at the cash desks at each venue.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can top-up your wristband directly from the app via PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Cash will also be accepted at the Info Point and at the dedicated cash desks.

TOP-UP AMOUNT
You can top-up your wristband by multiples of 10EUR. The first top-up has a minimum amount of 20EUR.

CREDIT
To find out how much credit you have left, check the Ortigia Sound System Festival app or request it at the Info Point or at the box office.

REFUND
At the end of the Festival, you will be able to claim your remaining credit online from August 1st to 5th. The minimum refundable amount will be 10EUR and the maximum will be 50EUR.

Al tuo arrivo ad Ortigia, recati presso l’Info Point all’Antico Mercato dove dovrai convertire il tuo e-ticket precedentemente acquistato su DICE in un braccialetto.

Il tuo braccialetto ti accompagnerΓ  per tutta la durata del festival: sarΓ  il tuo pass per accedere alle venues ed il tuo unico metodo di pagamento per i servizi del festival.

Ci sono varie opzioni per ricaricare il tuo braccialetto. Scarica l’app di Ortigia Sound System Festival disponibile su App Store e Play Store per evitare possibili attese. In alternativa, potrai caricare il tuo braccialetto all’Info Point dell’Antico Mercato oppure presso le casse presenti in ogni venue.

Alla fine del Festival, potrai richiedere il tuo credito residuo esclusivamente online dall’1 al 5 Agosto. L’importo minimo rimborsabile sarΓ  di 10EUR ed il massimo di 50EUR.
